There are two bandit camps located on the road to Dead Peaks. These badit camps are Tier 2 and each have two chests located with in the camp. One bandit camp contains a cave that spawns a Tier 2 elite.

They are both located in the Wilderness.
Following the path will lead you to Dead peaks and the Bandit Fort.
